Street urchins may be found on most urban areas in poorer countries. They have totally no health care, no permanent shelter, havent washed in ages and live on whatever left over food they manage to find. In many cases they have their own social hierachy and one being wizened enough refrain from giving them offerings of food or money, harsh though it may seem. One innocent enough might get swamped almost in an instant by scores of hungry or needy hordes. For the other kind hearted ones, please give to reputable charitable organizations who keep a charitable eye on these under privileged ones.
