“Perhaps wearing a mask makes one a little braver.”
You might have noticed that Shiromeki (the White Eyed Oni) always wears a mask akin to a medieval plague doctor’s. The reason is that he doesn't want others to see his painful past. Because of this, his only desire right now is to focus on healing the world—and himself—through warm, comforting artwork.

Hello! I am Shiromeki, as known as White eyes from "White Eyes' Rough Handiwork" (人手粗作之白目).
Taking the perspective of an observer, Shiromeki transforms abstract states of mind into concrete characters and worldviews, documenting the ripples and feelings people experience amidst loneliness, anxiety, tenderness, or confusion.
The protagonist, the Shiromeki, alongside his merry companions, serve as emotional vessels navigating the crevices of the human heart.
Through symbolised features, dynamic postures, and highly saturated planes of colour—predominantly in purples and blues—he captures the visual tension of colliding emotions, infusing the imagery with a sense of drama and an ongoing narrative.
This illustration brand serves as a library documenting a specific world; it is also an alternate realm where your mind and soul can take a well-deserved rest.
Regardless of which emotion brought you here today, I hope White Eyes' creations can become a comforting shore that resonates with you.
