We have published a book entitled “Ten Treasure Troves” with CEDD. In this book, we created a character named Ir Leo (工程獅). "Ir" pronounced as "engineer" is the abbreviation for the prefix of Corporate Members of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

Through the use of stories, illustrations and quizzes, "Ten Treasure Troves" introduces our pier improvement works, the associated engineering knowledge and the customs of local communities near such piers. Parents and teachers may adopt it as a supplementary teaching material to stimulate children's interest in engineering, geography and local culture.

Wall painting will be distributed in three zone – green, yellow and red zone. Illustration colour palette will base on the existing colour zone system for better recognition. Illustration content will highlight landmarks of the relevant zones, so that it has a function of navigation and cultural promotion of each landmarks.
